How these numbers are calculated
Current figures use successful checks within 24 hours, for EUR listings in your selected destination. Cheapest and average use each shop’s lowest confirmed in-stock item price; delivery and taxes are excluded. Retailer counts include shops with a checked price even if out of stock. Unknown stock is not counted as in stock.
The low is the lowest in-stock price we actually recorded in the past 90 days, with 3 days of observations available. Missing days are not estimated. Weekly change compares the lowest price among the same listings now and at their last recorded check 7–8 days ago. Different sizes, colours and bundles can have different prices; check the option shown beside each retailer price.
History is saved when connected shops are checked, including product-page and homepage price refreshes. Prices may change between checks.

The Mares Smart Air is an air-integrated dive computer built for divers who want wireless tank pressure, multi-gas nitrox and a clear, no-nonsense display on the wrist. Pair it with up to three optional wireless transmitters and you can track pressure on three separate cylinders, switch between up to three gases (21–99% O 2 ) mid-dive, and let the Mares RGBM algorithm handle your deco and no-deco limits.
It's a genuinely versatile bit of kit. Four modes – Scuba, Gauge, Apnea and Clock – mean it covers everything from relaxed recreational nitrox dives and multi-gas deco dives to freediving sessions and everyday wear. The segment display splits information across three lines, with the numbers that matter most (depth, deco/no-deco status and tank pressure) shown in larger digits, and you choose what appears in the upper and lower fields.
After the dive, the logbook holds up to 95 hours of profiles at 5-second sampling. Download to PC or Mac, or send your dives straight to your phone via Bluelink and the MySSI app. Power comes from a user-replaceable CR2450 lithium battery – easy to find, cheap to buy and quick to swap yourself.
Features:
Air integration for up to 3 cylinders — pair up to three optional wireless transmitters to monitor pressure on your back gas and stage or deco cylinders, displayed both numerically and graphically.
Transmitter status LED — each transmitter has a flashing, colour-coded LED so you (or your buddy) can check the pressure at a glance: green above 180 bar, yellow around 100 bar, red below 50 bar.
Multi-gas nitrox with gas switching — programme up to three gases from 21% to 99% O 2 and switch during the dive to shorten your decompression.
Mares RGBM algorithm — Mares-Wienke RGBM with 10 tissue compartments for dependable deco and no-deco calculations.
Four dive modes — Scuba, Gauge (bottom time, depth, resettable average depth and stopwatch), Apnea and Clock.
Dedicated Apnea mode — freediving data with its own set of visual and audible alarms.
Dive planner — plan no-deco and deco dives, with the option to add a surface interval for repetitive dives.
Easy-read segment display — three-line layout, large key figures and customisable upper and lower fields, behind scratch-resistant tempered mineral glass with backlighting for low-light dives.
95-hour logbook — 5-second profile sampling, with downloads to PC/Mac or to your smartphone via Bluelink and the MySSI app.
User-replaceable battery — standard CR2450 lithium cell you can change yourself, no service centre trip required.
Upgradeable software — keep your computer current with the latest Mares firmware.
Everyday watch functions — time, date, dual time, daily alarm and stopwatch.

FAQ:
Does the Smart Air come with a transmitter?
Transmitters are optional on the Smart Air. [To confirm: whether this listing includes a transmitter or is computer only.] You can run it with one, two or three transmitters depending on how many cylinders you want to monitor – or with none at all as a standard nitrox computer.
Is the Smart Air suitable for technical diving?
It's a great fit for divers moving into multi-gas decompression diving on open circuit: three nitrox gases up to 99% O 2 , gas switching and pressure monitoring on each cylinder. It's a nitrox computer, though, so if you're planning trimix or rebreather dives you'll need a dedicated tech computer. Not sure which way to go? Book a video consultation and we'll talk it through.
What do the transmitter LED colours mean?
The flashing LED on each transmitter gives a quick visual pressure check: green above 180 bar, yellow around 100 bar and red below 50 bar. It's handy for buddy checks and for confirming your cylinder is on before you jump in – but always go by the reading on your computer during the dive.
Can I use it for freediving?
Yes. Apnea mode gives you freediving-specific data with its own visual and audible alarms, so you can use the same computer for scuba and freediving trips.
How do I download my dives?
You can download your logbook to a PC or Mac [interface to confirm], or send your dives to your smartphone via Bluelink and the MySSI app. Profiles are recorded at 5-second intervals, with up to 95 hours stored on the computer.
Can I change the battery myself?
Yes – the Smart Air uses a standard CR2450 lithium battery that you can replace yourself. Battery life is approximately [to confirm] dives, depending on use of the backlight, audible alarms and transmitters.
Do I need to be nitrox certified to use it?
You can dive the Smart Air on air without any extra certification. To dive nitrox – and especially to use high-O 2 deco gases – you'll need the appropriate nitrox and decompression training.
